Over the years The Secretan Center has become best known for its breakthrough approach to transforming corporate culture, called Higher Ground Leadership®. Among other awards, this has resulted in the firm being voted “Best International Leadership Consulting Firm” in the Leadership 500 Excellence Awards and our DreamQuest® program was voted 8th best Organizational Culture training program in the world . The complete program is designed for Certified Facilitators to deliver virtually.
A world-class team of educators, faculty, coaches, videographers, computer graphics and software experts worked with Lance Secretan to create an experiential, modular program based on his world-renowned “Higher Ground Leadership®” philosophy – used by 30 of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies, and 15 of Fortune’s Best Companies to Work for in America. It is the most ambitious project in the firm’s history – we have taken all the leadership and cultural transformation concepts that we teach organizations across the world and compressed them into 18 modules for teachers, consultants, coaches, facilitators and trainers to use as a complete “Leadership Development Program in-a-box”. It includes:
DreamQuest® Program
The DreamQuest® Program includes state-of-the-art leadership concepts and everything necessary for facilitators, coaches and trainers to deliver the materials to their employees or clients, or in their coaching work. Each module is between 5 and 15 minutes long. We set out to create an experiential program that is both affordable and accessible for everyone, as well as being adaptable to the needs of any sized organization.
Just as important, we wanted to make it exciting and interesting, so the footage was filmed on location, much of it raw – wind-noise and sun-glare included – in the Rockies at Lance’s home in Copper Mountain, Colorado, and canoeing and mountain biking at his home in Ontario, Canada. Many interviews were conducted with people who live the principles he teaches. It represents the definitive overview of Higher Ground Leadership® taught by its developer, Dr. Lance Secretan.
