In weekly 90-minute sessions, participants explore lessons from his 23 books and 50 years of teaching on how to live and lead with inspiration. This course is also a path to becoming a Higher Ground Leadership® Pathfinder.

The Higher Ground Leadership® Masterclass is our core offering—an 8-week online certification program led by Dr. Lance Secretan, followed by teleclasses and a practicum. Based on 50 years of research, it helps you discover your spiritual essence, uncover your true purpose, and deepen your skills to live and lead more consciously in every area of life.

In partnership with CoachVille, we offer an 8-week teleclass series plus a supervised practicum leading to certification as a Higher Ground Leadership® Coach and Pathfinder. Co-facilitated by Dr. Lance Secretan and CoachVille’s Deanna Stull, the course focuses on developing strong coaching skills.

The Leadership Summit is a hands-on, three-day residential event led by Lance Secretan, based on his books Reawakening the Human Spirit and The Spark, the Flame, and the Torch. Held in the Rockies during ski season and in rural Ontario during summer, it combines leadership insights with outdoor adventure.

The DreamQuest® program is a DVD-based training series of 18 short (10–15 min) seminars. Filmed at Lance Secretan’s homes in Colorado and Ontario, it features skiing, canoeing, and biking footage, along with interviews with people living his teachings.
